Returns
Opera Gifts uses a print-on-demand for order fulfilment, which means that all products are unique and produced especially for you when you order.
This means that returns and exchanges are not possible if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply have a change of heart. Please be very careful in reviewing your items before you place your order.
However, in case of a damaged product or a printing error, I am happy to offer you a free reprint or a refund if you contact me within 30 days of product delivery. Please send a clear photo showing the issue to cindy@operagifts.com
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Reprints or refunds are not possible if the wrong size or color has been ordered. Please carefully review your items before placing your order.

Standard Shipping - $7.95 - Items will print in 2-3 days and then ship to you in 2-8 business days. Give yourself plenty of time for items to arrive if you are purchasing for a special occasion.
Expedited Shipping - $24.95 - Items will print in 2-3 days and then ship to you in 2 business days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $24.95 - Items may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive
Once an item departs from our print partner in Michigan, shipping is completely out of our hands.
