Returns Policy:

Your satisfaction is my priority! If there’s a printing error, just email me at cindy@operagifts.com with photos of the issue, and I'll promptly arrange a reprint for you.

Since all items are custom printed just for you when you place your order, please double-check sizes, colors, and other details before completing your purchase. As a print-on-demand business, I do not keep stock on hand. Your items are created especially for you upon ordering.

To ensure you receive the best service, I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. For items bought in November or December, returns are accepted through January 31st.

What should you do? Simply email cindy@operabracelets.com before sending any returns, providing the reason for the return and specifying if you'd prefer an exchange, replacement, or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If your item was a gift, I can either issue a refund to the original purchaser or offer store credit to you.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including tracking and insurance to ensure the package arrives safely. Unfortunately, I cannot issue a refund for items that don’t make it back.

Shipping

US SHIPPING $7.95 - Items will print in 2-3 days, ship and arrive in 5-10 business days after that. Often it is sooner but custom printing does take time and our printers are perfectionists. They will take the time to reprint if they feel it is needed! 

Give yourself plenty of time for items to arrive if you are purchasing for a special occasion. 

*may I suggest printing out a photo of the item and placing it in a greeting card if time is tight and you may not receive the item before the occasion?

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $24.95 - Items may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive

Once an item departs from our print partner in Michigan, shipping is completely out of our hands. 

 

Regarding Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Opera Gifts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
